These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the LightNup Outdoor website, digital design tools, and consultation services. By browsing our website, submitting an inquiry, or requesting an estimate, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Conceptual Visualizations & AI Previews

Renderings, 3D visualizations, and outputs produced by our AI Design Visualizer are strictly for conceptual illustration and design exploration. All permitted building scopes, gas lines, and structural engineering adhere to applicable Florida Building Code guidelines.

4. Wind-Load Engineering Solutions

References to pavilion designs engineered for winds up to 155 MPH are subject to site-specific Florida engineering calculations, concrete footing dimensions, anchor bolt specifications, and municipal permitting approvals.

5. Proposals, Estimates & Project Planning

Design consultation estimates and written proposals are valid for 30 calendar days unless explicitly stated otherwise. Proposals outline specific materials, fixture counts, electrical or gas requirements, and project scopes. Any changes requested after agreement execution will be outlined in written change orders.
